How long have you been DJing, what got you started, and where do you see yourself going with it from here?
I’ve been DJing for about 4 years, I started off doing my mixes on acid on the pc, then once I started having mcs round I eventually moved on to pcdj where I was doing the Mixes live, but I noticed how a lot of the tunes were only out on vinyl so I got myself some decks and just took from there. I can see myself improving as a dj, playing around more (hopefully in some other countries aswell) and getting more into playing other musics aswell.

What styles of UKG/Grime etc. do you play and/or prefer and why? What draws you to UKG/Grime?
I play Grime, Dubstep, Oldskool and 4x4, I cant say I prefer any of them cause it
depends what mood I’m in. I think Grime and Dubstep have got more energy but I like
chillin to Oldskool and 4x4. It’s the way the music is so versatile, and the whole sound really is what draws me to UKG/Grime.

Do you play other styles of music as well as UKG/Grime? If so, what?
I play abit of Hip Hop, and sometimes I’ll play something like Prodigy,Mylo,Cassius,ect
I’m into a lot of kind of music, so I like to try and play something different but still stay
With the vibe, its one of the things I’m looking to build up and improve on

Do you produce as well as DJing? If yes, any releases coming that we should look out for? If not yet, do you aspire to in the future or do you prefer to just DJ.
I’ve always considered myself as more of an producer than a DJ, since it one of things
I’ve always worked on more. At the minute I’m just promoting my E.P which I released in Febuary, but I’m planning on following it up with a second E.P sometime in the future.
And I’m also working on mixtape with Dj Sketch’e,

What do you bring that's unique to DJing/Production?
As a dj I think it’s the tunes that I play that makes me unique, as a producer its probably
My style and being able to be versatile, what I’m trying to do is bring what musics I like and blend it into my production.

Where do you see the music going?
I think that UKG/Grime is expanding at a fast rate, but its not getting to everyone it needs to. I feel it will become a well known music internationally, once more people hear it and start making and djing it themselves. Also I feel that more people from rap and rnb will start getting into to it (possibly create another sub genre out of it)

Who do you work with?
I work with my bro in a production team called Cold Daze that makes hip hop beats, Nex Gen records which I’m running the Direct N Live Podcast with, DJ Sketch’e and I’m working on a few mcs, rappers and vocalist, getting some more vocals together, I don’t wanna say names yet but there could be some excititng colabros coming up (I’ll keep u posted)

Just to keep locking into the Direct N Live Podcast, were gonna keep updating and starting introducing some new things to make it more interactive and versatile. Also to keep checking my website, I’m looking to revamp it sometime in the future.
