DJ natOsha

DJ Natosha was introduced to UK Underground Garage in the summer of 1998. A long time music collector and film school graduate, she immediately fell for the passionate vocals and smooth bass lines of UK garage. Her love of House and R&B, combined with her love of editing, turned her to the decks in 1999.

Since 2000 she has promoted the soulful sounds of 2-Step, UK 4x4, and Speed Garage to Minneapolis and beyond with local opening sets for major recording artists including Craig David and MJ Cole as well as two successful monthly residencies with Steppers Alliance. As one of the original members of Steppers Alliance she helped establish a UK Garage and 2-Step scene in Minneapolis in 2000 - 02.

Since 2002 she has helped found a women's DJ Collective in Minneapolis / St Paul. called Ladies on Wax, which holds a residency at Jetset bar once a month. She also spent the summer of 04 helming with local cru EC/DC on Tabu's patio every Friday. She continues to bring you UK Garage the way it should be; soulful, full of bass and always changing.

She continues to push the UK Garage sound in the Twin Cities as well as making guest appearances in intimate lounges and large club's in Minneapolis / St Paul, Duluth and Dallas, Texas.
